What a complete apartment furniture package means.

When you want an apartment furnished as a coordinated home, a complete package can provide a clear starting point. It is different from selecting an isolated sofa or asking for a single bedroom to be decorated. The whole apartment is the base of the offer.

A fixed foundation for the property

With Roto y Descosío, the apartment package is sold as a complete whole. You can add areas or options where the property calls for them, but you cannot remove rooms from the core package to create a smaller, room-by-room purchase.

Before comparing proposals, ask for the current package specification. Confirm what is included for each part of the apartment, the quantities, materials and whether delivery, assembly or styling are part of the quoted service. The signed specification, not a general description on a guide, should define your purchase.

Where extras fit

Outdoor spaces, a home office or an entertainment area may be useful additions, depending on the property and what is already included. Ask the supplier to show each extra separately so that the price and delivery date stay clear. Additions should make the whole home work better; they should not obscure the core scope.

Check fit before approval

Provide a current floor plan and arrange for measurements where needed. Review access routes, lift dimensions and any building restrictions that could affect delivery. Ask how substitutions are handled if an item is unavailable, and how you will approve changes.

When a different approach may suit you

If your property needs substantial layout work, bespoke furniture, a wider interior concept or a coordinated renovation, a full design project may be a better starting point. The whole-home brief can help you describe that need before contacting a team.
